What You Should Know.

Quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date stated on the document unless otherwise specified.

The agreed package includes 2 rounds of feedback and revisions. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

The estimated project timeline is approximately 4–6 weeks from project confirmation and receipt of all necessary content. Timelines may vary depending on the scope and client response times.

The client provides all required content, images, feedback and access in a timely manner. Delays on the client side may impact the agreed project timeline.

Any work outside the agreed project scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before additional work begins.

Domain registration and standard hosting for the first year are included where stated in the agreed package. Renewal costs after the included period are not included.

Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved project files and content. Saah Tech Solutions may display the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14 days of post-launch support are included for bug fixes and minor adjustments that fall within the original agreed project scope.

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

Saah Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the applicable project, subject to applicable law.

These terms and all agreements with Saah Tech Solutions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Payment may be deferred for up to 30 days after completion of the final product upon request and subject to prior written approval.
